The staff were very friendly, including the security at the front and the cleaner. They always greet you with smile and they display high professionalism throughout. The location of the hotel is fantastic, it's located right across the second biggest train station in Solo, and it's closeby from the basic necessities. Hotel room was clean.

I stayed for five nights due to an event held in Solo. I stayed in the Deluxe room for the first three nights. It was a bit small for me and my husband but if you plan to spend most of your time outside and use the room only for sleeping then the Deluxe room is good enough. Despite the size, the room was clean, the bed was so comfortable and the shower worked so great. I moved to the Grand room for the rest two days. And the size was just perfect. Breakfast variation was limited but they were delicious.

The room was well appointed, the amenities were also good. The facilities overall were also good, the pool and play area great for kids. The breakfast was fine - but very crowded, and we struggled to get a table at the beginning.

Location is good if you wanna get the train the next day. To the city center its quite some distance, you need a taxi. The room was clean, nice view through the window and on the terrace.

The hospitality was nice and the food was very good! We had a good breakfast. The room was also clean and the bed so comfy for a three-star hotel. Overall, it's a pleasant experience!

5th floor of the hotel is amazing. we can have breakfast, lunch, teatime, and dinner...even supper with family there. it's so cozy.
